When will the list of attendees be distributed?

In order to give every exhibitor the same opportunity to promote their participation, here is how we handle the list of attendees.
 
On Monday, July 7th, you will receive the first draft of the list.
 
On Monday, July 14th, and again on Monday, July 21st, you will receive an updated list.
 
On the Tuesday following the event, August 5th, you will receive the complete list of everyone who registered and attended.
 
Each list will be in Excel format and include complete contact information including e-mail addresses. The list will belong to you for use as you please.
 

 
How do I get a copy of the GES kit from the show management company for shipping booths, ordering electricity, furniture, etc.?

What are the exhibit set-up and tear-down times? What are the show hours when the exhibit hall will be open?

Will the exhibit hall be open during the non-show hours?

No, the exhibit hall be closed during the non-show hours. We understand that not everybody is happy with this decision, but we think it is the best policy. There have been repeated instances in the past of people going in the exhibit hall when it was unattended and being unprofessional.


Will there be Internet service available in the exhibit hall?

No, unless you specifically order it from GES.

What are the dates and where are the locations for the 2009 meetings?

Workplace Benefits Renaissance 2009 will be in Atlantic City, NJ on March 10, 11 & 12.

 
The Workplace Benefits Mania 2009 has not been scheduled yet, but will most like be in Las Vegas in late July or early August.
