Greg began his insurance career in 1980 as an
independent property and casualty agent where he
became proficient at selling all the products
normally associated with an independent agency.
During the mid 1980’s he moved his focus into
life insurance sales supported by his P&C
clients. Ultimately, his career took him to a
life insurance company where he secured a
position as a managing general agent. His focus
was to develop and recruit agents. In the years
following, Greg became a Regional Vice President
and Marketing Director of a MetLife subsidiary
company totally focused on worksite marketing
and managed the relationship of three nationwide
distribution channels, MetLife Financial
Services, MetLife Resources and MetLife Auto and
Home. During this time he realized that
insurance sold in the workplace should not be
held captive to the traditional methods of
worksite marketing where employers must bow down
to the requirements of payroll deductions, list
bills and on site enrollments. Based upon these
experiences, Greg founded miQuotes.com and began
to take “worksite marketing” in a different
direction by offering employer groups and
associations the ability to offer quality
individual insurance options without the need
for payroll deductions, list billing, on-site
enrollments or strict participation
guidelines. By offering individual insurance
on a single and customized web based platform
miQuotes.com has won the appeal of companies
large and small to include national
associations. miQuotes has recently been
acquired and is now part of the New Benefits,
LLC family of companies and has recently added
non-insurance discount medical and lifestyle

Julie Rhea
founded the privately held, Portland, OR-based
online and print media company, WellDirect.com,
LLC in 2003. Ms. Rhea’s background includes 18
years of employment with national behavioral
health and work-life benefit companies that
include Working Solutions, Inc. and United
Behavioral Health, as well as non-profit
agencies, United Way of the Columbia-Willamette
and Parents Anonymous. Ms. Rhea's extensive
experience and skill in the areas of client
services, research and development, marketing,
newsletter development and web services
contribute to the ongoing success and

Yvonne Levy manages and coordinates sales
and account management services for WellDirect.
Prior experience includes management positions
for United Behavioral Health, Life Era, as well
as a municipal police department. Ms. Levy's
knowledge and ability to research timely health
and wellness information is extensive.
Additionally, Yvonne has been honored with
several community service and business awards
over the past several years. |

Tim Morales, HSA Clearing Corp |
Timothy
Morales is President of HSA Clearing Corp, a
consulting practice specializing in Health
Savings Accounts helping financial institutions
enter the HSA market. He is also President of
HSA Trustee Services, one of the first companies
to offer Health Savings Accounts nationwide.
Mr. Morales formed HSA Trustee Services in late
2003 after reading the Medicare Act of 2003
detailing the new Health Savings Accounts. With
his background in financial services, he
realized the tremendous growth potential in the
HSA marketplace, and formed HSA Trustee Services
to offer a no-monthly-fee Health Savings Account
and other services to potential HSA customers.
Mr. Morales negotiated contracts with
prescription benefits companies Caremark, Restat
and Agelity allowing HSA Trustee Services to be
the first HSA provider to offer a discount drug
card. In addition, HSA Clearing Corp was the
first to design and offer a Section 125 Plan
with an HSA module that allows for employee
pre-tax contributions to an HSA account. |
