Von Burba, CMO - Benefit Harbor

Von Burba is responsible for marketing and developing channel partners for Benefit Harbor. He has been in the insurance and benefit industry for over 25 years. He developed the design of Benefit Harbor and its relationships with insurance carriers, health consultants and other benefit providers in mind.

Jeff Grabiak, President/CEO - Worksite Benefits, Inc.

Jeff Grabiak formed Worksite Benefits, Inc., to be immediately positioned with key brokers and industry partners, promoting delivery of complete benefit solutions coupled with the most advanced enrollment/communication techniques. In addition, he created several association platforms, providing unique, bundled, benefit solutions for underserved industry segments.

Access to creative and proven resources are eventuated through his 30 years in the insurance industry, 10 years as an insurance company officer, and 10 years on the Advisory Board of the Benefit Marketing Association (current President).

Previously, he was the President/CEO of Benefits Financial Corp., the largest producing agency for Allstate Workplace Division, at the time of service.  Jeff served as Vice President of Allstate Workplace Division (previously American Heritage Life), managing marketing operations for one quarter of the US market.  He became a licensed insurance agent in 1977 and is now licensed in 46 states. Jeff received his LUTCF in 1993 and was named to the International Who's Who of Business in 1999.

Kevin Seeker, V. P. National Accounts - Allstate Workplace Division (AWD)

Mr. Seeker has over 26 years of management, sales and marketing experience.  Positions held include Account Manager; Regional Manager; Vice President, Senior Vice President and President.  Mr. Seeker has been active in the risk management, insurance and employee benefits fields for 23 years and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, Society for Human Resource Management and Mass Marketing Insurance Institute.  Mr. Seeker is also active in the National Association of Health Underwriters, having served on the Arizona State board.  In addition, Mr. Seeker has been a member of several insurance carrier Field Advisory boards, as well as a consistent annual Leading Producer.  Mr. Seeker completed the American Society of Quality Control degree program in Quality Control Engineering and Management.
