MANAGER POSITION WITH LEADING INSURANCE PROVIDER

Colonial Supplemental Insurance
is seeking to fill an excellent territory building opportunity for a
Territory Sales Manager in a major market area. We are seeking an
exceptional agency building leader for the territory headquartered in
Omaha, Nebraska which includes the states of Nebraska, Iowa and South
Dakota markets.
A leader in the supplemental insurance industry for
more than 60 years, Colonial pioneered worksite marketing of
supplemental insurance in 1955. Headquartered in Columbia, South

organizations and associations in managing their benefits programs -
helping to meet their needs and the needs of their employees. This
represents over two million policyholders nationwide.
In the Territory Sales
Manager position, you will be expected to:
-
Increase
the number of sales managers in the Territory.
-
Build a
team of sales managers who meet or exceed sales plans.
-
Increase
the effectiveness of sales managers with recruiting, induction and
broker development.

Build the
number and quality of Producers in the Region.
-
Expand the
number of producing brokers in the Territory.
-
Grow sales
in new and existing accounts.
Applicants must have
demonstrated success as a Sales Manager with a Worksite, Voluntary or
Supplemental Insurance or Manager for Group Insurance Sales experience.
Excellent public speaking ability, strong planning skills and the
motivation to network and facilitate recruitment of qualified sales
professionals and brokers.
Compensation and benefits
package includes:

Starting
salary: $110 to $140 K.

Incentive
bonus up at $50 to $80 K.

Expense
package of $100 K.

Excellent
benefits package to include health dental, life and 401k.

VP of Sales for the Midwest Region, Tim McGill.
