TERRITORY SALES
MANAGER POSITIONS WITH LEADING INSURANCE PROVIDER

Colonial Supplemental Insurance is
seeking to fill an excellent growth opportunity for a Territory Sales
Manager in two major market areas. We are seeking two exceptional agency
building leaders for the Michigan Territory market and the
Minnesota/North Dakota Territory market. A leader in the supplemental
insurance industry for more than 60 years, Colonial pioneered worksite
marketing of supplemental insurance in 1955. Headquartered in Columbia,
South Carolina, our company supports more than 50,000 businesses,
government organizations and associations in managing their benefits
programs - helping to meet their needs and the needs of their employees.
This represents over two million policyholders nationwide.
You will be
expected to:
- Increase the number of sales
managers in the Territory.
- Build a team of sales managers who
meet or exceed sales plans.
- Increase the effectiveness of sales
managers with recruiting, induction and broker development.
- Build the number and quality of
Producers in the Region.
- Expand the number of producing
brokers in the Territory.
- Grow sales in new and existing
accounts.
Applicants must have demonstrated
success as a Territory Sales Manager with Worksite/Supplemental
Insurance or Manager for Group Insurance Sales.
Compensation and
benefits package includes:
- Starting salary: $110 to $140 K.
- Incentive bonus up to $100 K+.
- Expense package of $100 K.
- Excellent benefits package.
- Comprehensive training, coaching and
development.
