I think that is very important to know your own limits, when to say yes and no, when to work and when to take a break. Without your own rules your employer can take advantage of you at work. Take a vacation when you feel like it is too much for you. Take An Introduction to Indian Cuisine Cooking Styles by Region and go visit this wonderful country. You won't regret it!
