I am Mike Castle an employee benefit communication and enrollment professional for over 25 years. I decided on making worksite marketing my profession because it fills a necessary gap by where you can positively impact thousands of individuals as to making better choices about their financial future.

Throughout the years Mike has partnered with several organizations to deliver worksite programs. Mike has successfully enrolled nearly 5,000 groups ranging from small employers to large national accounts with over 100,000 employees. Mike has been both an industry innovator and strong advocate of using technology to promote voluntary benefits. A number of years ago he was instrumental in creating the telephonic enrollment methodology utilizing voice stamping in lieu of a wet signature. This helped change the landscape of the worksite marketing industry..
